Laneko
Roll Form, Inc. has been supplying roll formed parts to our
customers for over 35 years. Located in Hatfield, Pennsylvania,
just northeast of Philadelphia, our plant facility covers
over 37,000 square feet. Over the years, our strong reputation
for providing and standing behind quality work has remained
unchanged.
Our philosophy is based in the knowledge that although initial
quality is an important indicator of customer satisfaction,
reliability and durability significantly impact purchase and
repurchase considerations.
To meet customer need, Laneko Roll Form, Inc. offers CUSTOM
ROLL FORMING. We are capable of building, engineering and
maintaining the roll form equipment and tooling necessary
to produce your part. In addition, our quality control department
is capable of running production and inspection procedures,
from first piece inspection to SPC studies for the part's
entire run life.

Roll Form, Inc. works very closely with our customers to assure
that all quality requirements are met. We consistently have
a PPM rating fewer than 25 and a SPO rating of 1 with General
Motors . Our commitment to quality is best illustrated by
our past and present performance in supplying parts to GM.
Our in-house Quality Control Department is capable of running
production inspection procedures, which includes first and
last off inspection to complete SPC studies for the entire
life of parts. |
